The Opposition swept the General Elections and denied BN the important 2/3. This is one of the biggest loss in BN's history. Everyone was shocked when the results were announced. Tempers flared and riots happened in some places. Happening places like UPR (Upper Penang Road) was unusually quiet that night. It was an uneasy calm. I did not see any riots or fighting yesterday night. I noticed that police presence was up in a lot of places.

After years and years of being the outcast and the black sheep. Karpal Singh can now bask in glory as his party and other opposition party make up the 2/3 of the Parliament.

This is a testament to the democratic system. BN better buck up before they hit the rocks. Beware the Opposition tsunami!
